DIAPHRAGM TYPE VACUUM PUMPS
SHREE TECH STD Series diaphragm type Vacuum pumps & Compressor which are manufactured from special grade aluminum for light weight and good strength. Diaphragms are made of 2 – ply nylon/PTFE reinforced neoprene, Viton rubber. Valves are SS 316 while special sealed bearings are used hence no lubrications is required.

Shree Tech High Vacuum Pumps STBD / STBS Series consist of main casing with a rotor fitted eccentrically in it. The vanes are fitted in the slots of rotor on opposite sides with springs in between During rotation, the vans move in sand out of the slots and sweeps the air space two times in a revolution. Pump’s Belt Driven Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps feature micron range ultimate vacuum, reliable operation best proven performers in industrial and laboratory applications where dependable performance, small footprint, and quiet operation are essential. STDD Series Vacuum Pumps are proven performers in industrial, laboratory and Refrigeration applications where dependable performance, small footprint, and quiet operation are essential. These are cooled pumps feature a two-stage design and come standard with NW type inlet and outlet connections. Compound stage design and adjustable gas ballast enable these pumps to operate at low noise level. Dynamically balanced moving parts and elastomeric support pads result in extremely smooth and quiet operation. WATER RING VACUUM PUMPS
Shree Tech Water-ring vacuum pumps are rotary pumps using water as sealing fluid. It basically consists of cylindrical casing with control disc on either sides. Inside this consists an eccentrically located balanced impeller with curved blades. The liquid introduced is set into rotary motion by the impeller forming a water ring concentric with casing. Cells formed between the blades and the ring vary in volume from maximum to minimum with each revolution. The suction medium enters this space through the opening in control disc and are then compressed out through the exhaust pipe alongwith the sealing liquid.
